Had an septic pump appointment for feb 16th I took the day off work waiting for them, no one showed or called. When I called dispatch they were quite rude. I definitely will not be recommending them or using their service in the future

A couple of months back I called this business to cleanup my home as the pipes had burst. They came a few hours after and by the time they got there, the leak had receded back into the ground so no work was needed. I spoke to the driver who told me they would just charge me a fee for driving up (a couple of hundred ) when the credit card bill came, it was 800! I thought it was a big mistake so I called the. Back. The office person took my info and said the lady at the office would return my call next week and nothing. I called there yesterday again and they told me that it was a minimum fee I was charged. This company does not care about Covid or any tough times. They just want your money. Shame on you Mcraes for taking advantage of people at the most vulnerable time in our lives. Enjoy that 800 for doing nothing.
Unfortunately I did not get to use this business. Wish I did, but did not show up in time for a job that required coordination from multiple parties.
Terrible service - promised service for this morning - no one showed up. Phoned at noon and was assured someone would be here this afternoon. Phoned at 6:30 and given a lame excuse - trucks broke down and we were super busy. All that was needed was honesty - admit there are issues so someone can get on with their day. Would never use this company - service is everything and they couldn't even bother to be honest or phone waiting customers to advise them of the situation. I only gave one star to allow the post - I would give them no stars :(
We had a problem on Sunday. I called at 2PM and Mark came out 1 1/2 hrs later. Great service, very knowledgeable. You pay extra on a Sunday but when you have an emergency it worth every . Thanks a bunch.
