There was no heads up when work would be starting, their workers parked in all the visitors spots in the complex. I understand that they have a job to do, but no courtesy for the people living in the complex

I understand that road paving involves some inconveniences to people living and working in the area, but in future it might be a best practice to hand out notices that you'll be paving in advance, not once the work and inconvenience has already begun.
They didn't take my advise well we were working on a sight which almost resulted in a series accident soo they made me a scapegoat and kicked me off the job site
