I ordered a vest online on November 29th, hoping it would be enough time for processing, taking into consideration this was a very busy Christmas. Since then I have been charged for the order but have received ONE update within 4 days that it needed to be sourced elsewhere... now every time I ask for an update from ANYONE I get no response. I see they are active at responding to reviews on Google so I'm not sure why a charged order isn't a priority to sort out. I've just sent a third email and hopefully someone other than an automated response will acknowledge me.
This place is deadly. This location is gigantic and had pretty much everything you are looking for. The people here are super friendly and helpful. I never walk out of here without spending just a few dollars
