We purchased a custom made Elite sectional in December and were very pleased with the service we received. Sales staff were extremely helpful in guiding us in the selection process. Sectional was delivered in the 8 week time frame specified and we are now enjoying. Cushions ordered were medium firmness but feel extra firm now but have been told that they will soften in 4 to 6 months time to what we sat in at the store.

I DO NOT recommend purchasing from this store. They cannot fulfil orders and the owner flags reviews so the negative get deleted. The owner is extremely abusive in his language and has 0 customer service skills. Ordered a couch 3 months ago and it has yet to come in (I cancelled order) and they are still advertising the couch as “in stock”. Whatever you do AVOID purchasing from here.
