This is one of the most unprofessional companies I've had to deal with as a whole. Reggie is full of broken promises. You constantly have to chase him. When he finally gets your job booked, you take the necessary time off work to be home only for him to cancel on you last minute!!! When he gives you an alternate date/time, his crew dosent even show up and he has no idea how to contact them. In a nutshell, He probably never booked the job in the 1st place is my guess. Very dissapointing and totally unprofessional and a total disregard for others time and money. I WOULD NOT RECOMEND INNOVATIVE FLOORING TO ANYONE. Stay away from this place.

Innovative Flooring in Abbotsford is one of the worst company I have ever seen. Not reliable at all. Started a job, left it uncompleted and after a while came back to complete it. This company has no notion of deadlines; starting date and completion date. I would definitely NOT RECOMMEND them to anyone. Stay away from this company.

This has to be the worst flooring company in the area. They were totally unreliable in terms of their promises as to when they would install the flooring and, worse, they then installed it very poorly. Talk abut cowboy builders! What followed was endless (dozens of) calls to them to try and get them to fix their poor installation. The one thing these people are good at is dodging phone calls! Whatever you do and no matter what it might cost, find a more reputable flooring company.

We have been dealing with this company for over 1.5 years to come pick up and reimburse us for carpet we were sold, that was the wrong colour. The owner even came to our house (almost a year ago) and agreed upon the issue and reimbursement...We are still waiting, through dodged phone calls and emails, as to when we will get our money back. Very disappointing for a young family and their first home experience. I would not recommend this company, ever.
