The training and outreach programs are locally-sustained and reproduced through 3 training phases: DISCIPLESHIP TRAINING SMALL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT LEADERSHIP TRAINING This model produces disciples who can make disciples, church planters who can support themselves and leaders who follow the example of Jesus Christ.

It has been such a joy to be part of Global Disciples; Andre & his team are so personable and their passion is contagious! Their approach of building into the Christ-followers who live near unreached people groups has meant that thousands of people who may have lived and died without ever hearing of Christs' love - have accepted His incredible gift. Global Disciples is a wonderful, trustworthy and credible organization. Their method of working with local people is one of the best I’ve ever encountered! They train people to use skills they already have on hand as a launch point to build their community as well as reach their community for Jesus and then go beyond into new communities to share the gospel and build new disciples to do the same multiplying process. They really do teach and train the “great commission”! If you ever get a chance to listen to stories of how God is using this ministry in miraculous ways around the world, do it- it will blow your mind and totally change your perspective on how God is still doing miracles today!!
