I will highly recommend Fraser Valley Pre-Owned to all my friends. My wife and I applied online and Julia responded. To make a long story short Julia and the staff worked extremely hard to find the truck we needed at the best possible price and low interest. This is the second vehicle that we have bought from them and both times have had a great experience. Thank you Julia and Christine for making this happen. The long drive home was fantastic. After shopping around a lot for a replacement to our old faithful F150, Akaash went above and beyond to get us set up in our 2018 F150!! Akaash was very professional and courtesy as he actively listened to our specs on what we wanted and then, a few days later, phoned us to let us know that he found what we were looking for! I had a fantastic experience buying a car from this place. After I inquired about a Honda Civic I had my eyes on, Julia got back to me and was very helpful and friendly about any questions I had. She wasn't at all pushy - a problem I had issues with at another dealership when inquiring about a lease (thanks Canada Drives), and she went out of her way to help me out with setting up the bluetooth even after I had bought the car and her job was done. Thanks to Christine as well for helping me out with my very limited knowledge on car insurance. I am very happy with my new car. :)

Bought a 3 year old truck from them. Assured me they sold only safety inspected and quality vehicles. New brakes they claimed, as did the safety inspection and mechanic invoice for new brakes. Fast forward several months later and I had taken the truck in to another mechanic to diagnose break issues, turns out they never did the work. 3 of 4 rear brake shoes actually separated from housing. Rotors can't be turned due to not enough material means they were not replaced. Quoted 1900 for parts and labor so I followed up to be ignored and dodged by everyone (Nav, Manny, Hussain). Non existent follow up, even after 15 calls, texts and emails. Beware of this dealership as well as Pioneer Chrysler which is who owns it and where the work is \done\. Complaint filed with VSA. See you in court.
