Beef jerky is a hobby of mine, had it all over North America. All types, flavours, animals and fusion influences. My all time favourite by a big margin? Davis Quality Meats \Blazing Trails Spicy\ beef jerky. Doesn't get any better than this folks if you like it spicy.

Always great meat, terrific service and a ton of knowledge. We get alot of our meat for smoking and dry aging. These two shortloins are turning out great! Check them out!

Wow! First time for our family getting a side of beef and it was a great experience. Despite it being quite busy, the owner took her time to showing us different cuts of meat and helping us determine what we needed. A great experience, great price and of coarse, we walked out with some prime rib and beef jerky . We have already recommended our friends and they will be ordering their side from here. Cannot wait to come back again! Thank you for the incredible service.

Small store, packed full of in house made products! Beef jerky was okay but I hear the farmers sausage is amazing. Meat pies, pepperoni sticks, stuffed potatoes, cheeses, many different cuts of meat, steak packs, all cut on site.
