Elaine at front desk was very helpful and keep us posted on the progress of a ICBC claim. Got an older car but paint was done perfect as new. Car was re-conditioned with water-based material and did not smell like harsh chemical agent. I am very impressed with hassle-free professional experience. Job well done! I honestly thought my vehicle would be tied up epically. Then 2 hrs later I get the best phone call ever! My sunroof has been replaced. Car has been washed and is ready for pick-up. Thank you for everything. Love you all!!!!
Staff were very kind, knowledgeable and willing to answer all my questions. The building was clean and I felt comfortable sitting in the waiting area when waiting to pick up my vehicle.
