I must say the service from teller Evan was great. Answered every question with a smile and was eager to help. He even suggested a BLOC for my new business to help with finances! Would recommend.

The business hours at this location are ridiculous. There are always people waiting in the morning for them to open as they open too late, then they close early too! Closed Mondays... Then you wait on the phone for customer service to answer for an hour just for them to give you \permission\ to withdraw more than 1,000. The customer service at the Abbotsford branch needs severe improvement.
My e transfers and online bill payments always have issues. I get text confirmation the transfer has happened and it is never taken from my account. Or I get confirmation of bill payments but then weeks later I received late payment notifications and late fees only to check my account and see that the “completed” payment was actually never taken from the account. I have spoken with the bank about this and they always ask if I make sure to click confirm my payment Which I find odd because I have my payment completed screenshots as well as my e transfer text confirmation numbers. There seems to be a big glitch and it’s been occurring for several months. Enough that I am looking into switching our banking entirely.

Who can make it to the bank by 5pm??? Even if you do make it before 5pm, you wait in a line of 3 people for like 15-20min. Horrible. I switched from a \big\ bank to this ???? Not impressed. Wish I still lived in Langley as that Coast was open til 7pm and much faster service
