Arielle knows her quartz well, and delivers prompt and concise customer service, Jon and his team are efficient and very helpful during measurements and production, and Mac and Jayden did a fabulous job on the install with attention to fine detail that made all the difference. Great experience working with Black Pearl. Price was on point for our budget and install went smooth! Our kitchen is not quite done otherwise, so pictures are still in progress for other pieces, but the countertops and full splash are amazing!
