I rented to own a storage container to keep contents of my house until renovations for new home were completed. I was extremely pleased with the service throughout the process. All my questions were answered promptly and the information provided was always informative and thoughtful. This allowed me to make good decisions. The flexibility and price were very good and Gina was always on top of services for me. I would not hesitate to call Axcess again should I need to. Axcess Box is THE BEST cargo container company out there!!! Guaranteed! I did my research and I couldn't be happier that I chose AXCESS BOX for a LOT of reasons: 1. They are THE MOST FLEXIBLE to meet my needs. Flexible in timing, flexible in renting, renting to own or buying (used or new) ... I couldn't decide but I didn't have to....because they gave me all the time I needed whilst meeting my immediate needs on my schedule. 2. Their prices are below the competition. 3. They know what they're doing! These are big and heavy with my delicate stuff in their hands. It was all delivered as if it were as light as a feather and positioned perfectly in my driveway! See picture below... very snug to the edge of my rock wall, leaving room to park three cars still on the driveway. 4. Friendly and professional. Gina coordinated everything with impeccable communication, reassurance and follow through. 5. I was very impressed. They were fast efficient. Affordable. I called in the am and my can was delivered the same day that afternoon. Set in place in one shot. I desperately needed a Storage container so that I could get renovations done. I was having a difficult time finding any avaiable Storage containers and the pressure was on to coordinate the various trades for my project. Axcess Box bent over backwards to help me in my time of need. The same day I called they were able to adjust their schedule to fit me in on almost no notice. Axcess Box really saved the day as if they did not come to my rescue I would have had to delay my project by weeks!! They were very personable and quick delivering that same day without any hassle. Thank you Axcess Box, you guys were amazing!!
This merchant incorrectly invoices clients. One would think the charge is correct even though the invoice says another price. Apparently, they don’t know how to add. Then they up charge a month later to your credit card-when disputed, it looks like they added the invoice incorrectly. The delivery of my box was botched, left on the side of a road, crooked making neighbours and city officials angry. Even though charging 1500 for delivery, they had a regular pickup truck to deliver it. Inappropriate equipment to deliver this leaving it on the side of the road. These merchants are nice to your face but have a scam where they invoice the container at 1,000 more than quoted. Then charge an extra 1,000 a month later. Awful experience.
