They're not worthy of one star even. I wanted to gift my friend an iphone watch but the Associate there sold me an open box. She told me, it's totally new, but the pack was not sealed but she claimed it's new. When we tried to sync it up with the phone, it was not successful... truly unsatisfied

My phone was completely shattered after dropping it to the point where my front camera and face ID didn’t work. I called Aj Wireless and were understanding and able to repair it on the same day.
