I received a bouquet of flowers from a client. They were given to me around 1pm in my office. They sat in the office in the wrapping on until I got home at 5pm. I recut the stems and vased them. They were absolutely gorgeous. Every lily bud opened and the roses held for a week. My pictures are the progression. 10/10. I have found a new place in which to place my orders. Thanks for such great quality.

I called this place this morning, asking if I could place an order for a bouquet. All I got was very uninterested responses such as “if you’re looking at the website, it will looking nothing like that” and when I asked how close it would look all I got was “no” - never even asked which bouquet I was inquiring about or gave me the chance to ask. One star for terrible customer service. I understand it is a busy time for Valentine’s Day but “no” can be said better, and probably could have been more helpful than just saying “it will look nothing like the website”.
