I honestly wish I could leave no stars. My experience here has been a hurtful one. My advice is if you have a disability and are genuinely seeking any kind of assistance to not even bother. I made the mistake several months ago by getting a case worker myself. At first the case worker I was assigned seemed lovely and genuine. But as soon as I started needing help with paperwork and getting answers for deadlines she was nowhere to be seen. If she did decide to take one of my calls she would make excuses and not even try to make a new time frame. This case manager was more wrapped up in her personal affairs and kicked me off to the curb. After a month of silence and I find out she has up and left her job and the country. I feel so hurt and betrayed because she had made promise after promise to me. The continuous lying to my face over and over on top of giving me false hope. I had been strung along for months now with no progress or assistance of any kind. The case managers here clearly do no care about their clients well being. Things need to seriously change before I would even consider coming back.
