!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WARNING! NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! Be forewarned. Never ever do business with this company. They are thieves. Instead of following legal channels they resort to thievery. I know first hand as they came to my property and physically removed the windows without my consent. I am filing criminal charges for theft against this company. As well as filing complaints with the better business bureau and the city. Both Satpal and Lakha are extremely unprofessional and rude on the phone. I would not recommend doing business with them. If you dont believe me call any window company and ask about the quality of their products. Im sure you will hear about it. They failed inspection on their windows form the city. The building inspector told them they needed to remove the windows and have them independently tested to ensure they were compliant. Once approved they would need to reinstall them. Of course when dealing with people like this you could figure what happened. The widows were never removed or sent off for independent testing. Instead they came a few days later with some stickers claiming the windows were certified and just stuck them on. Im pretty sure thats just one of the shady practices that this company engages in. I know of 3 other properties where this has occurred. Im certain that the city would be happy to hear about this too NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
