I called Sam in regards to a pre-purchase inspection, he went above and beyond just to give me advice, to walk me through the things I should be weary of and just make sure I wasn't getting ripped off. He was very patient and flexible with my particular circumstance, in the end the deal fell through with the seller and there was no need for an inspection, but Sam really took the time to help me as much as he could over the phone every time I called. I could tell he genuinely cares about helping his customers, considering he wasn't really getting anything out of giving his time and advice to a stranger on the phone. Much appreciated Sam, thanks so much

Sam is a very honest mechanic and really helped me out. Not only cares about the car but cares about you too, great customer service. He is a very nice guy and will give you the best advise for your car. He helped me out over the phone even after shop hours, he goes out his way to help his customers.
