We had a wheelchair on consignment and it didn't sell. We called and advised we will come next day to pick it up. When we got the chair home the back was missing, store had taken it off and never replaced it. Had to drive back from Langley to get it. They never explained how to put it back on. We had to disassemble the wheelchair to do it. This company had notice to have the chair ready. Very frustrating to have to deal with this with a broken leg!

I've been dealing with one of the owners for 20 plus years now, \Bob\ and since 1st Choice was first in existence. Throughout the years I've bought everything from him including walker, manual wheelchair, power wheelchair and 2 X mobile scooters, 2 X lift chairs. Throughout, he has been fair, attentive, understanding ie. would listen, and provided the necessary help when needed. Oh, I should add that he is very patient with this ole' guy. In short, Bob is a person with integrity and has good business ethics ... I value my business relationship with him ... The \Shop rider\ brand or line are a good products, they are reliable and have good value, ie good \bang for your buck\, but have since provided chargers without an on/off switch ... I'm not too happy about that. In short ... I can assure you that you wouldn't go wrong with 1st Choice Mobility Products. Gordo Metro Vancouver [Langley], BC

Its sad that someone can write such a bad review about a company that isn't totally honest. (2 sides to every story) I have known the owners and staff for about 4 months. They are very honest, helpful, caring and knowledgeable . They care about their customers and go out of their way to make sure each person has only what they need and within their budget. The staff is cheerful, friendly & always wanting to help. I can't say enough good things about the staff and company.
