Booked ride the day before Ride was 20 minutes late when we had to be at the airport (30 minutes away) Called twice to see where they were.. First call: “En-route -“momentarily “ Second call: no answer... Then driver goes like a maniac to airport Goes off shoulder twice... Then we do the mad sprint through the terminal! Would have liked to just tell management but they didn’t respond...
