Stay away from this company. They are horrendous to deal with. The first visit is great but goes downhill real quick. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

I got four quotes to install sprinklers on my lawn. Alan was both professional and thoughtful. They were the only company who thoughtfully solved some logistical concerns and were willing to go under walkways versus removing and replacing them. Picking them was an easy decision. When they arrived, it was a full team of 6-7 people, including two supervisors and all were keen to do a good job. I had a full Hunter system installed including the Hunter Pro HC wifi app based controller. They weren't too familiar with the controller, they typically install a Rainbird version, but were very helpful making it work. I'm very happy with the controller. It's day two. So far I'm happy and time will tell. I can control the entire system with my phone/computer and internet access. Advice: Tell Alan what you want. Don't be shy... he genuinely want to deliver a good experience and product/install. Do some research on controllers. Decide what's right for your level of technological proficiency. Be on site for install day. You need to be there to answer questions and ensure you get what you want. Update: Several weeks later I got a call from AA Waters & Brookes. \We're sending a technician to your house to inspect your system. We have a report that it's not giving your lawn proper coverage.\ They had noticed while driving through the neighbourhood a long dead patch of grass. I killed that patch (all weeds) and was growing new grass. I explained that to the technician, he asked how everything else was. I said all good, 100% coverage, and he left. Very pleased that they thought to look and proactively went to fix a potential problem.
