A great experience dealing with Jurgen at the Firewood Factory. I live in the core at Bloor & Bay and after checking all sellers online in and around Toronto, I decided to get my cord of wood at The Firewood Factory. Jurgen did not disappoint. Made an appointment, he was there when I showed up and helped me load up my Tiguan with a face cord of mixed hardwoods. The guy communicated, was there when I showed up and the wood I bought was as advertised. Wasn't the cheapest price but based on all parameters, was a fair price. Cheapest price isn't always the best purchase. I am totally satisfied with this purchase. Will be back next year for sure!

Doing a cottage reno, and needed firewood in a pinch. Due to the COVID shortage I called around to no avail but explained my plight to Jurgen who said he still had some - demand pricing of 1000 for a cord and a half. He wanted to charge me 80 to home deliver less than 10kms next day. I was desperate. He called indicating I had to transfer money NOW, before he would come. I found this odd. But I agreed. While waiting for the transfer to come through he told me he wouldnt be coming. BEWARE.
