I have been shopping at this place for a number of months, great selection and pricing. Unfortunately, my views have been a bit tainted since my last visit and now I’m nervous to pay with debit or credit card. On December 30, I did my usual shopping and at time of payment they requested a credit card as they say debit went down, that mine didn’t go through. I proceeded to pay with my credit card which I should add the total amount was changed so I was charged more this time and when checking my account the next day I seen that I was charged on both my credit and debit. I went into the store to rectify it immediately. Today is January 12 and I have to be refunded my money. They continue to say they are looking into it. I’ve contacted my bank and they are now investigating however this has been a real inconvenience and with today’s technology a ridiculous amount of time to resolve. I urge anyone who shopped there in December to double check your records. UPDATE the issue has been rectified by the manager and staff. Thank you A1

Tons of variety, the set up was good, they had everything organized properly and very easy to find. Some of the prices I found to be higher especially with some sauces. Huge variety of containers and fairly priced. I asked the gentleman at the store if I could grab a sample to test out or buy a sleeve. At first he said I could purchase a sleeve, he proceeded to follow me to the aisle I was going to and then took a phone call and ignored me until his call was over just to tell me I had to purchase a case when I tried to tell him which one I was interested in. He didn’t try to help me with the container at all and just walked away. 5/5 for organization, 3/5 for pricing, 1/5 for customer service.

Found this place a couple of weeks ago. My friend who just opened a restaurant loves this place. He doesn’t need to go to Toronto to buy food container any more.
