Three times in two weeks we’ve gone to pick up the shipment in port Kells ! and all three times phoned ahead to confirm!! And it’s still not available for pick up ? Why’d they tell us over the phone it’s ready? 3 different calls and 3 different conformations And now 3 trips to get it!! Not today each time!! That’s what kind of service you’re going to get!!

I've used Ace Courier's services twice and have been disappointed twice. Both times I was charged a premium for a promise that my packages would be delivered in a timely matter, and both times I've had to call 3 days later to get my package re-routed backed to me. Now, I have very upset, and disappointed customers. I wouldn't send my worst enemies to this business.
Have shipped with ACE for quite some time... Their lower mainland locations have a tendency to lose shipments if they are more than 1 piece... Tracking is a nightmare as there is no central number to call where they can look the shipment up in their system. I like my dispatch and couriers, but once it's out of their hands, there's so much inconsistency.
We use ACE pretty much every day for approximately 20 Years and have had zero problems. Great customer service !!!
