Great service, they notified me when they would arrive and were on time. George hooked up my car and was a wonderful to speak with, very knowledgeable about his job and my car. Took good care of it and took it to the mechanic in good time as well. Appreciate the service! Would use them again for sure.

Scam. Biggest scam. Do not let them tow your car!!! A simple tow cost me 2000. They charged me for towing from a scene of an accident which was false. They charged me retow fees after stopping, when the vehicle was NOT unhitched. There were several other Additional fees on the bill, which I was not even shown until months later (i was in a rental car so it seems they overcharged the rental company who will pay without question, which in turn resulted with me getting stuck with the bill). Months later I was finally able to contact the management and sent the bill along with all of the incorrect fees that they added, and now I’m not getting any response.
WARNING PLEASE READ!!!!!! THIS COMPANY IS WELL KNOWN FOR ITS SCAMS. THEY CHARGE YOU 3X MORE FOR A TOW. THEN THEY LOCK YOUR CAR UNTIL YOU PAY THEM AN OUTRAGEOUS PAYMENT. I WAS TOWED FROM BRANT STREET TO HARVESTER FOR 700 DOLLARS!!!!!!! DON'T JUST TAKE MY WORD FOR IT. READ ALL THE OTHER REVIEWS THAT HAVE THE EXACT SAME PROBLEM.
A simple tow turned to 2400 what a scam.. I wish my car never got towed here.. the dispatcher is the manager and just lies so have himself.
BEWARE: If you have been in a car accident, do not allow this company to tow your vehicle to their yard. A minor fender bender, and my vehicle was stuck in their yard for three weeks because the bill they submitted to my insurance company was astronomical, incorrect and against certain laws. They have caused me to pay for a rental vehicle for three weeks. They don’t answer their phones when trying to get a hold of them to understand why they are lying, trying to scam my insurance company and withholding my car as long as possible. The only positive thing I have to say about them is my actual tow truck driver was very nice. Unfortunately the bill the company submitted was out of his control. The stress and money this company has costed me is absolutely awful.
