We had technician Sean come to do a cleaning and overall check of our AC and furnace. We are new homeowners, and neither had been checked in a few years. We are not very experienced in what to check for and how to maintain both a furnace and AC, and Sean was incredibly informative and helpful. We will continue to use them in the future and really appreciated his help.
Their technician Kevin did an excellent job of fixing my furnace. After being told I would need a new furnace by another company I was absolutely delighted that A-1fixed it in no time at all. I have no problem recommending A-1 to anyone .
Awesome service, and honest too! My AC (installed by someone else) wasn’t working well. Eric came to quote for a new one. Instead he spent an hour and a half cleaning the old one, checking the settings, and making sure the whole system was good. At the end it was running like new! He only charged me a standard call out fee of 100!!!!! He could easily have charged me 5000 for new one, and I would not have known that the old one could be fixed. I have used them 4 times now for various things and every time they have done a great job at a very reasonable price!
I have been a customer for years and I can definitely recommend this company. They are honest enough not to sell you what you don't really need. At the same time there service, repair and installations are second to none. It is rare to find a company these days with such high standards and quality technicians.
