After completing a job at my neighbor's house one of A-1's trucks was driving past my home and ripped the phone/cable wire attached to my house, the wire ripped off some of the sliding, my exterior lights as well as my rain down spout. The driver of the truck just kept driving, I called A-1 spoke with the front desk after the incident, they took my phone number down and said a Manager would call. I had my neighbor also contact A-1 about the situation and still have yet to hear anything from them.

The customer service is brilliant. You serve your customers in a polite and friendly way. I have been impressed with the team from A1 doors from walking in the door to enjoying my new door. Everyone has been professional, friendly, done what they said they would do and when they said they would do it. I am extremely happy with the finished product and highly recommend A1 doors.
Great service and incredible quality and variety. They even replaced some defective door piece free of charge after 5 years. Can't beat that.
Great customer service and products are excellent! We needed to get a new door into our guest dinning room and had to order a custom made size. They were able to accommodate and was done in a very short time. Highly recommend them!
This place is perfect for DIY like myself. Prices and variety are great. Do not expect super service or prices will be off. Replaced my front door with simple instructions given from the shop. Will be coming back for more.
