I moved into 939 Western last year and I am moving out in a couple of month because my classes are online. Although I only lived here for one year, I will never forget the exceptional experiences I had living here. Lexi was super nice from the point we moved in and she always answered to my inquiries quickly. Also, the management team was amazing. Whenever I submitted a request online, they showed up on the same or next day to take care of the issue. Overall, living at 939 Western was like no other. Thanks to all the staff and management team for making my stay here exceptional!

We recently became tenants at 93 and this was first for us. Our Customer Rep from CLV is Lexi and although she was new to the role, she was very helpful, efficient and accommodating.
Since the minute we decided to pursue living at 939 we have been treated with respect and kindness! Lexi is our landlord and she is a wonderful lady who cares about her tenants. She responds to texts/inquiries promptly and has been nothing but helpful. She goes out of her way to make your stay feel homey and I could not have asked for a better landlord! Living at 939 has been a breeze as any service or maintenance has been taken care of effortlessly through the app. Management is kind and friendly and I have not had any problems with noise or anything like that. It is an upper student living building & I am so grateful for the positive environment. Only improvement might be to the gym facility as it is quite limited but it has everything you need for a beginner workout! I will be resigning my lease this year!! We moved in during the pandemic and our contact Lexi was very helpful. Lexi made our move in very stress free. Our keys and paperwork were ready for us and our unit was clean and move in ready. Any questions we had were answered fast and professionally by Lexi. We are enjoying the outdoor area with a large grass area with picnic tables and our quick walk to Gibbons Park.
Had a phenomenal experience. Lived there from 2017-2018. Rooms are spacious, modern and cozy. Management always took care of any problem we had, made sure we were comfortable and understood any situation we may have found ourselves in. HIGHLY recommend you stay here is you want your student experience to be awesome!
