What can you say about a team the goes \beyond the call of duty \ That is the only way I can describe the incredible team of Jenn and Elicia that worked tirelessly too allow me the opportunity to be find a new beginning and fresh start and allow me become a member of the 51 Campbell Court Community. The team communications were far none other than stellar. I am excited about my new 1 bedroom unit. There is nothing Jenn and Elicia would not do for you. A team absolutely! A team with passion absolutely. A team that is an encouraging and supportive force absolutely. Thank You for making this all possible!!! I have just moved into 59 Campbell Court and cannot say enough about how helpful both Jenn in the rental office and Ken, the superintendent of the building, have been. They have made my moving experience better than expected with their quick response to questions and requests right from the initial contact to the lease agreement to my moving day. I hope that the CLV Group realize what a great team they have with these 2 people. And I'm looking forward to living here in my new Stratford home.

I just moved into my new apartment at 59 Campbell Court, it was very easy and simple and I felt taken care of. I want to mention that Samantha was very helpful and supportive all through the process. She continues to support me in every way possible and tries her best to make my stay here comfortable. It was a very smooth transition for me considering I am new to the city. Thank you Samantha for always getting back and answering all my questions and concerns. I really appreciate it.
We moved to 59 Campbell court 3 years ago; we feel very comfortable here & are very happy with our experience so far. Over the years we have had the normal ups & downs experienced in any situation. On the whole the staff has been very friendly & helpful. The grounds are very well maintained. We are located in a very quiet neighborhood with plenty of green space.
