Great customer services and amazing results, fair cost. We are very grateful to Bob and his water damage crew for providing fact and efficient services recently during pandemic. Our washing machine was broken and caused flooding from main floor to basement where damage extensively everywhere that water went to. Bob responded to our panic call after hours and patiently helped us what to do until his crew arrived at the site. Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable and caring team, We would like to greatly appreciate their services and recommend their amazing job in our emergency water damage.

Bob and his crew were very professional, fast and great services in our flood emergency services done recently. They were referred to us by a co-worker. They did a great job in drying and restoring our house back to normal in 5 days. They were punctual and knowledgeable and came in to monitor the drying process. We were happy with their services and recommend their amazing services to others.
We were very happy with the emergency flood clean up services that we got from 5 Star cleaning crew. We had broken pipe in kitchen and flooded our main floor and some water went to basement where it damaged the ceiling and floor. They responded quickly and came in under an hour. Bob and Danial were very friendly, calm but knowledgeable and professional. They had mask and gloves on the whole time and disinfect the areas 3 times. They dried all the water damaged areas that were wet. They set up the machines to dry for 3 days. after 3 days, they fix small areas that needed , clean and stretch the carpeted areas and install some new under pads as well. We were very impressed and happy with their great services. We will use their services and recommend them to others.
I’ve used 5 Star cleaning for carpet cleaning for about 2 years now, and this past weekend they helped me with my first encounter with a flood. These gentlemen are well equipped and ensure they’re done in a timely manner. Don’t see myself seeking any assistance from anyone besides these guys! Thanks again.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. Bare with me before making a decision to go forward with this company. We called to make arrangements for cleaning services and were quoted one price for 4 cleaners which would be the initial fee with an additional per cleaner per hour. After an hour we were then informed that the quote was incorrect and that the actual fee was 200 more. We proceeded with their services because of the reviews they received and under the impression they were qualified to accomplish the job. We informed both Lisa (supervisor) and Daniel of the state of our home (post renovated). But when the cleaners came (which by the way only 3 showed up) they didn’t have a vacuum or necessary supplies to achieve the desired cleanliness we requested. We called to cancel the services, and explained the situation to Bob and he responded “clearly you don’t know how to clean” — extremely uncalled for and unprofessional. Due to the contract we signed we allowed them to clean the first four agreed upon hours. During this time, they cleaned one bedroom and started the second one. Upon coming home, the cleaning was absolute garbage (see images). For 600 1 room master bedroom and it’s en-suite we’re “cleaned” if you even consider that clean. I’d really like to know how they received such positive reviews. Save your money and hire a competent cleaning company. Paid for good reviews?
