I had to bring my Volkswagen in for service. This was my first time going to 401 Dixie Volkswagen. I am very impressed with the service & professionalism I received! Everything from calling in and speaking with the Receptionist and booking an appointment, to the friendly email/text reminders, to the excellent service I received from the mechanic Ramses was just EXCELLENT! This is a larger dealership and they run a very smooth operation. They have state of the art equipment and a large parts department. Ramses was fast, friendly & very professional. I highly recommend 401 Dixie Volkswagen!
