Very straight forward process to get cash for my gold. I visited the shop with my maple leaf coins and old necklaces. I was quoted the prices they had posted on their website and was promptly paid after they tested and analyzed my items. The inside of the shop was kept organized and clean and the staff treated me well. Everyone I spoke with had good manners and a friendly attitude. All in all, I am very satisfied with my experience and I would consider this pawn shop again in the future.

My parents bought a MacBook Pro a few years back. It would shut down constantly. Open the photo application? Shut down. Open certain websites? Shut down. Open up a file? It will shut down. There was also a broken headphone jack stuck in the headphone port lol Anyway, my parents weren't very tech-savvy and super non-confrontational so they were too embarrassed to bring it back and just asked one of us to try and fix it. By then, it was too late to bring it back anyway (over a month iirc) for a refund and when I asked them if they normally sell things in such poor condition (my parents spent a fair bit of money on it) without informing the buyers, they said that they normally just do a quick scan to see if it's in good enough shape. So yeah, my parents didn't do their due diligence, but neither do the employees of this pawn shop. Wouldn't buy anything \expensive\ here, but I noticed they have a lot of cheap video games, so that's cool.
This place pays the most for Gold. The guy was very helpful and sorted through a bunch of different pieces I had and helped explain the difference between the real gold and fake stuff. He had all the high tech equipment to test and he showed me exactly how much weight I had. He was able to beat the competitors prices and paid me cash. It's nice to have some competitive gold buyers in this neighborhood. I will be back again soon.
Very happy with my purchase item arrived in two days!!! And they paid for my shipping. Been looking everywhere for these items they sure have great stock! Very friendly staff. Will 100% buy from here again.
