1. The management doesn't have neither a disaster recovery plan/actions nor good support. If there is a failure (network/power which happen often), they will not do a thing to inform you about it. They are not going to improve anything either. If you have a critical system better find a real Datacenter. 2. The facility itself looks like a warehouse rather than a datacenter. Don't expect to have a good AC thus be ready for overheating. 3. It's hard to get any kind of support as there is no support at all. Keep this in your mind. 4. Other reviews look fake. Just check out the facility before signing the agreement to understand this. 5. We left 3z several months ago - best decision ever in terms of IT infrastructure. After these months, I can feel it. 6. I don't require any response from 3z as the combination of their actions and their support was really sh%tty
