Not exactly the flashiest place, but the guy who runs this knows how to adjust garments with real expertise. I've taken in trousers and jeans to be shortened as well as suit jackets to be re-fitted to shape and work has always been superb. Opening hours are a little hit-and-miss so ring ahead.
