Excellent place to get proper advice on electronics. Wanted to stay away from the typical big box stores and this place was even a few bucks cheaper and came with expert knowledge from the sales staff.
I went multiple times to get information on a TV I wanted in order to get the best price. I ended up putting a deposit down. They were always friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to give me the best price. I would not go anywhere else to buy a TV. Hands down the best store in the region.
I was in the market for a TV and wanted to support local businesses and knew exactly what I wanted. The reviews of 2001 Audio Vision TV Kitchener were good but I still shopped around. As knowledgeable as I thought I was, Sean at 2001 Audio took the time to explain that my thinking was not quite correct. He made sure I got the TV I wanted not the TV I thought I wanted. I owe 2001 Audio huge gratitude for not just selling me the first TV but taking the time to listen to me. (Costco could not compare to this service) I highly recommend this family owned franchise for all electronic purchases. Even better they have an in house installer who is absolutely meticulous and professional. I just stood back and the TV was installed perfectly. Special thanks to Vance. What a team!!! I recently bought my new pair of kef speakers. Eric, assistant manager in the store, was extremely helpful. He answered all the questions, didn't try to sell anything, just trying to answer all my questions and provide me with all the information I needed to decide if the speakers are right for me. I would definitely recommend anyone to check out the store in Kitchener.
