The meals are so delicious, healthy and high quality with so many different options. The customer service is consistently excellent. I wanted to do low fodmap meals and they made custom meals for me to accommodate this. There are also a lot of options to customize the meals on their menu as well. If you are looking for a healthy meal delivery service I would Highly recommend. Ordering is so easy and seamless and I honestly can't recommend enough actually. The Little Italy - Chicken Bruschetta Pilaf is my favourite so far. Thank you Sergio, Patrick and the whole team for all you do.

Making healthy lunches is no longer a chore! 2 Guys With Knives provides a mouthwatering menu with the nutritional information that I look for in my diet. I love that I can hover over an item and instantly see how many calories, protein, fat, carbs, and fibre it contains. Meals are delivered with care weekly. Everyday I get to look forward to delicious meals, with fresh ingredients, and flavours that fill me with joy! The service is so convenient, it allows me to spend time on things that I value most. Thank you so much to the amazing team. I wholeheartedly recommend 2 Guys With Knives to anyone who is looking to shave off some time and eat great each week!
If you're like me and prefer to eat healthy throughout the week but don't always have time to meal prep this is your solution. Clean ingredients, smart portions, and plenty of tasty variety to mix things up regularly. Nothing but good things to say about 2 Guys. Highly recommend.
I've been ordering from 2 Guys with Knives for about 4 weeks now and I have been pleasantly surprised. I have not ordered meal delivery before and I wasn't certain of what to expect. Over the past 4 weeks their food has been consistently good, tastes delicious and the portions are huge. I would recommend the BFF cookie bites, the Mama Mia breakfast eggs, the Medicine Man chicken and rice soup, the Winter Cruisin' chicken dinner and the Lumberjack chili. I was craving the Mama Mia eggs and they put them on the menu just for me last week. I like that they listen to their customers and they remind me to place orders. I would highly recommend ordering from 2 Guys with Knives!
This is my second week of ordering their meals - I started as just ordering their meals for dinner but now have included some lunch meals too . I love that I get all the nutritional information and love all the flavours. All the meat is of great quality and cooked to perfection! I love my delivery timeslot too - so convenient getting all my meals for the week delivered to my work on a monday!
