Really bad customer service (online, haven't been in store). Definitely wouldn't recommend anyone to shop here. There are numerous complaints online for a reason.
I have purchased at front desk directly couple of times, and Timothy is always very helpful and professional. However, it really took a while all the time to get served since they only had one guy at front desk.
Our company has purchased from 123ink now shopper for many years. We really appreciate their pick up service since the front desk boy is amazingly helpful and gave us a lot of good suggestions for our future printing purchase.
I used their pick up service. Called and confirmed prior to going to their warehouse. Unfortunately some of the cartridges I bought didn’t work, but Timothy was so helpful. They refunded me without asking too much question. I’ll definitely use them again for my future needs.
