1235 Marlborough is in a very good location in Oakville and is a very well maintained and managed building. You can always count on being informed in a timely manner for anything you need to be aware of as a tenant (fire alarm testing, common area maintenance, etc.). The management team and superintendent are very professional and responsive, they will look after any maintenance request presented basically on the same day that you reach out to them. Thank you Minto for a very good tenant experience!

Excellent service, the move was made very relaxing compared to my moving anywhere else. Great organization despite the volume of people moving in all at one that first weekend. Beautiful clean building. Can't hear the neighbors. Can barely hear the ongoing construction. Highly recommended.

Overall its nice to live in a new building, the gym is pretty nice. The maintenance staff is very kind, however the office staff are very rude to me whenever I ask a simple question. Visitor parking should be free, I pay to live in a home but cant have friends come visit without paying over 10 dollars for a parking pass.

Nice Unit, Staff is usually good to deal with. There was a mix up on our move in day and no one was there with the keys, had to call 5 different numbers before finally talking to someone. When we went to go find our parking spot for the first time we found it after 5 minutes but it is unusable ad it has snow fencing and two pipes running along the middle of the spot.

I am tenant here in the building , there is 2 problems if not more , *the first is the construction in the building since we were here which is 1 month which is too much and it seems to be more, *there is not yet facilities opened in the building that's written *also the big problem right now the air condition is not working for cooling system from now till the end of season however I was in another apartment and it was working in cooling system Really I wasn't expecting that from them But to tell truth the moving was super easy with them and the stuff so kind with us

Construction wakes you up at 7AM every morning with the nice sound of drilling that can be heard throughout the building. They test the fire alarm regularly at 8am at least once a week. There is construction dust all over the building, which is probably hazardous for your health. When asked if high noise producing construction could be scheduled for a later time in the day. The superintendent Winnie’s response was “you can move out if you want.” I’ve now signed a contract but I would advise against anybody else from leasing in this building.

My boyfriend park his car in right side of the building and we payed parking fees in Whoosh app. But you know what our car still get tracked! And after we being tracked they just said me there has three park area in this community ??? There is no mark or indicate in there told us the park area was different. This apartment’s manage was the most terrible one I have ever see. So for the people who consider to move in, for your life and for your money. I just suggest no!!

We were some of the first to move in when the building opened. Our unit is bright and fresh. The staff help us out very quickly if there is a problem, and they are also very friendly. We have en-suite laundry and a dishwasher (first time in my life!) There is also a small gym on the main floor which we love because neither myself of my husband like the big gym vibe. The building is relatively quiet despite being close to the college, and is pet friendly. It's also close to just about everything. My family loves living here \u003c3
