DO NOT USE 1 Last Call DD! Since the DD service that I usually use was already booked for my wedding night in August 2018, we hired Danielle to drive us from Abbotsford to our hotel in Langley. I felt she was rushing from the get-go and sure enough, not even 5 mins on the road she rear-ended someone on the on-ramp to the highway. Of course she promised to cover the damages and pay for my deductible and the insurance increase once I renewed my insurance (which was in June 2019). After a couple of weeks of chasing her down, she did pay for the deductible, but now that I know how much the increase of my insurance is, she of course doesn't answer the phone or any text! So the summary of my experience is that my wedding night was ruined and I'm about 3600 in the hole for the insurance increase! Again, DO NOT USE 1 LAST CALL DD!!!

I have used a few different companies and a friend suggested Last Call. The person on the phone was great. We tried them a month ago. They we so friendly and treated us great. I booked my wedding with them last month. On Saturday, they had 3 cars at our wedding and everything ran so smooth. My family and friends were very impressed with them. I recently used 1 Last Call Designated Drivers over the weekend...and it was amazing! Danielle was professional and prompt in getting back to me about their services and availability. Set up a time and location.... and the gang were at the location 10 mins early! My vehicle and I got home safe and sound. Do yourself a favour...skip the cab or chances of a costly DUI and use 1 Last Call Designated Drivers.
