I would rate this ignite immigration a zero star if there is a selection. They byfar have the absolutely the worst customer service I have dealt with, totally have two faces before and after signing the contract. I regretted not having done enough research over immigration consulting firms and by choosing ignite immigration ruined my chance of immigrate to Canada. I got rejected because the staff messed up my immigration materials and submitted fraudulent materials without my consent! They were seemed very friendly and promised a lot of things before signing contract. After signing contract, the girl handled my case changed face, and was very rude, impatient and unprofessional, I followed up many times and often don't hear a response, finally after more than half year of waiting, it is rejection I am receiving and they will not refund a cent over my rejected case. I called up to the government service to check why i was rejected and found out they submitted some materials which were incorrect, and a few details were made up. And I compared those materials with the documents i sent to this company, which are different. And this is absolutely their fault!!! I don't know if i still have a chance to immigrate and I will talk to a different consulting firm. Please think twice before choosing this firm, and from my terrible experience with them, i seriously doubt where all these positive reviews came from since they proved by making up fake materials in my immigration case.
They are super nice, honest and knowledgeable!! I love their fast and professional in handling my PNP case. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to apply for immigration to Canada!!!
After reaching different immigration companies, I finally selected Ignite because their staff are customer-oriented, helpful and professional. I can't wait to migrate to Canada and enjoy my life with my family. Ignite is highly recommended.

咨询项目的时候说的天花乱坠，实际上都是画大饼，业务一点不熟练，顾问刘佳跟我说有优惠活动先交五万块钱定金把名额占上交完钱之后就开始拖延时间总拿材料不全当借口，朋友从其他中介办理的移民都已经进行一大半了，我这材料还没给我递交呢！骗子！
上个月咨询的，Lucia 接待的，这个人说话态度有很大的问题！我问问题不耐烦的回答！不要求拿客户当上帝，但最起码也要态度好一些吧！这样谁会找你办移民
