This agency cheats people on their money. We were asking about a plane ticket that costs 780 at their place, and we said to them DO NOT ORDER since we need to confirm something before we decide to purchase. They ended up sending us back a message saying that they DID MAKE THE ORDER. In fact, the plane ticket only costs 756 at the official website. DO NOT GO TO THIS AGENCY, it is a scam.

Just joined the East Europe 12 days tour last month, food and hotel service are excellent, tour guide and tour leader are very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. absolutely wonderful experience for the price we paid and the service we received, highly recommended.

Horrible experience, very unethical company. We went for the Agawa train tour and even though the travel company knew well ahead of time that the train was cancelled due to weather conditions (as confirmed by train company), New Pioneer Tours dragged us 700km to the train station and lied about when they received the information regarding the cancellation, so they wouldn't have to pay late hotel and bus cancellation fees. Even the hotel we stayed at called the company three days ahead to ask if we want to cancel our hotel reservations due to the train cancellation and our tour guide said something along the lines of '...well, they already paid, so we're coming.' As this trip went over a Monday, 56 kids and adults missed work and school for nothing. We spent two full days busing and one day stuck in Sault Ste Marie with not much to do. Another tour group that was suppose to come cancelled, but due to greed New Pioneer Tours didn't. Simply appalling and I would not recommend.

Terrible company that scams you put of your money and refuses to refund. Terrible service and they are willing to openly lie to you with no shame. Save your time and your money and DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY.
