No warranty!!! Bought new bike from them. During first ride the fork started to squeak. Brought the bike back and pointed out at the squeaking noise. They applied some grease which did not resolve the issue. Apparently the fork was defective from the factory, but their warranty DOES NOT cover suspension forks!

Considering i spent 1500, worst customer service ever. I've had better customer service buying a hamburger. They may be passionate about bikes but not people. The bike i purchased was not ready on the day i was told to pick it up. After a year the bottom gear on the derailer jammed because of a flimsy little washer wore out. When i called about information they where not apathetic and just wanted me to bring the bike in so they could make more money. If you are knowledgeable about bikes and don't need customer service for advice or warranty, they do sell good bikes.

Love my new Jamis road bike and excited to use it in my first triathlon this upcoming spring. Richard and his staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. Also looking forward to working with them on electric bikes!
II purchased 2016 JAMIS VENTURA RACE from the factory store. I cannot be more happy. The bicycle looks great, it rides beautifully and i got it on sale for a very good price. Comparable bicycles from Giant or Specialized would cost hundreds of dollars more and they would be no better than this Jamis. Both customer service and technician were excellent in dealing with in my opinion. Customer service rep (Christian) called me back in like one hour to let me know that the bicycle is in the store and i could come and pick it up. When i cameto the store technician took time to explain to me things I should know about road bicycles, how to properly ride it and how to make adjustments to steering if I feel like i need it (by the way i do not need it, it is perfect ! ) I took the bicycle for 30 km "test drive" this afternoon and I am blown away. It is awesome. it really is. I am sure there are better bicycles out there that rides faster or smoother but for the price I paid for Ventura Race feels like a steal. i do recommend Jamis because of excellent quality and reputation and this distributor because of excellent customer service. I would buy Jamis again.
Save your money, buy a trek or specialized. Terrible sales, even worse customer service, they lost a seat I brought in to get warrantied. Once I gave them money it became a joke, from getting the bike later then delivery to it being far too weak for a 180lbs rider, Richard even persisted to tell me I'm too heavy for a 17" mountain bike. The components are on par with Canadian tire ccm bikes. This place is a joke, zero respect for others and the lack of consideration for the customers is sickening.
