Mr. Hussen's office was quick to meet and discuss with me issues regarding Service Canada and CRA. Joshua assisted on a Friday morning after I wrote to Mr. Hussen's office Thursday evening. Joshua's followed up the entire day and was extremely helpful in kick starting my request with government officials. The remaining part of the process weeks later was taken up by Mohamed whom I met at Mr. Hussen's office (socially distanced). Mohamed was extremely helpful in assisting me as well. Both representatives of Mr. Hussen's office were professional, listened to the problem and despite competing issues attended to my requests. They were personable and easy to speak with. They made themselves available by email and phone assisting when needed. Mr. Hussen has an excellent team that looks after his constituents. Thank you Joshua, Mohamed and Mr. Hussen

I have now written his office four times, without one single reply. I don't need an answer from Mr. Hussen himself, but am frustrated that no one in his office is willing to address my concerns.
