Davina's swim house has an excellent team and customer service!! Thank you Debbie (manager) for showing us how other establishments should run their business during such a difficult time. This school is ethical and dedicated to it's customers, especially during times like now. I cannot express the incredible customer service my family has received and cannot wait to have my child return when she can start her swimming lessons again! I would highly recommend this swim school to anyone that is interested. Thank you Debbie and Davina's!! We are proud of being part of your swim school!
My daughter goes to swimming lessons here and is thoroughly enjoying it! She is excited to go to Davina's every week! The staff and instructors are friendly, calm and patient. She was very comfortable with her instructor(s) from Day 1. The facility is well kept and the change rooms are spacious. Love that the facility is warm so that the kids aren't shivering after getting out of the pool. Highly recommend.
Me and Sam been there 9 years ago to do swim school and the staff did a very good job teaching us how to swim.
Very good instructors and very clean
The staff at Davinas have always been incredibly responsive and helpful, from registration to the classes. I have tried other swim classes for my toddler (aged 3) and Davinas has outshone them all. Highly recommended!
Very disappointed with this school and would definitely not recommend. Registered for the entire summer and was only able to attend one class which i did not pretend was nobody's fault. Called to investigate about make classes and was advise this cannot be done. You would think the fact that one instructor is usually assigned to atleast 3 kids so you don't even get your full 1/2 hour there would be some consideration to even offer one class from the 6 that was missed!!! Accepting payment for a job that was not done is not a good business practice .......Good customer service on the other hand will sustain your bottom line in the long term.
Ridelle outdoor pool should be run by more responsible and lifeguards. Constantly causing scenes with tenants and screaming at children and adults alike senselessly. Losing control of the rotation situation and being rude. Need a better system in place, 30 min is too short for rotations. We go there to relax and enjoy and not to have our eardrums pierced by childish arguments and yelling.
