Ordered a jersey from them that is limited run and limited edition, the LA Kings Reverse Retro. Spent hours looking online and finally found it in stock at CoolHockey. Was extremely excited even though shipping was to arrive Dec 28, worth a few extra days. Considering I ordered on Dec 7, I wasn't too fussed. However, on Dec 16 I received an email that this item was not available asking me if I'd like to choose a different item. If you plan to compete as an online retailer I'd expect you to keep your inventory up to date and accurate. When I placed AND PAID for my order with a set shipping timeline, I stopped looking. Considering this is a limited run item, the 9 days it took them to figure out they incorrectly track their inventory likely cost me a chance at getting this jersey from another retailer. They offered me a 30 gift card for my trouble, but considering that is only useful at their store, I doubt I'll be using it. I understand mistakes happen, but this seems more a case of deliberately overselling their known stock and then trying to earn a customer out of it. It's not hard to plug accurate quantities into an online inventory system. Not at all impressed. Perhaps try to choose a retailer you can trust before resorting to this company.

Customer service team is awful. They refused to convert my order to the CAD site (which offers cheaper prices) even though I was a Canadian buyer after their previous giftcard promo would not let me purchase CAD giftcards. It made no sense to me why this couldn't be done since it was not my fault at all I couldn't buy CAD giftcards (check their November twitter replies if you don't believe me). Patrick was incredibly rude about it, after acknowledging the issue and agreeing that it happened, he essentially told me they wouldn't fix it because in his subjective opinion I \was already getting a good deal\, which is an embarrassing justification for stealing an extra 50 from your customer because your team isn't competent enough to properly run a promotion. They earned 1 star back because the jersey I ordered arrived at my door only 1 day after the expected shipment date (which was actually really impressive considering how close it was to Christmas) and because the stitching customization was decent for how much it costed (but not close to on ice levels, contrary to what their website will lead you to believe). Overall I would recommend taking your business to a more customer-friendly retailer like BenH or HockeyAuthentic. If Cool Hockey is the only place that has to jersey you want, just pray you won't have to deal with their joke of a customer service department.
Can be hit or miss. I have had super high quality orders from them and some that have missed the mark. But they do what they can to make things right when they mess up and I respect it
I ordered a Jersey and paid extra for it before Christmas in addition to paying overnight shipping costs. they assured me I would have the Jersey for Christmas. today they write to me to tell me that eventually I will be reimbursed because the sweater has never been sent
