Yesterday I was at the store with a new cell i could not get working. (Not koodo's fault, a cheapie I bought on line) I had an appointment with Jill, who was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. She couldn't make the cheapie phone work. It was defective after all. But she then helped me find another economical phone that I can use with my current plan. She was a pleasure to deal with.
