Called in the morning because I had emergency tooth pain. They tried to schedule me a WEEK LATER. I said it was alright if they could help me with the pain and they said that they'd have to get back to me. Waited around all day to hear from them, no one called me back. I called at the end of day desperate for some help and they were more concerned about an appointment I had to cancel a year ago. I was baffled to be treated like such a piece of garbage. Maybe if you're wealthy or have insurance they'll treat you like a human being but if they know you're struggling like me, they're content to let you suffer.
Very caring and compassionate place to deal with. Everyone there is great to get along with and easy to talk to. Had to have pegs put in the lower denture and jaw and had to have my upper denture relined. I am so happy with the service I received here, I also have anxiety issues and they worked with me to make sure i was very comfortable!! My mom had her dentures made here and she is very happy with everything too. They also took my daughter in for an emergency and made sure she was completely taken care of too!! Couldn't ask for better dentists and staff. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
