My children have wanted to learn for a long time and after seeing their demonstrations and television performances we signed up (also they are quite well known in the Chinese community for their excellence). Both my children are having a really good time! They are now green belt and want to start competing. Passionate team of people here and would 100% recommend.

My two brothers and I joined because of our mom. We've been there since we were in elementary school and I just have to say it's an amazing community. We were on the BC Team for years and it was fun. Si fu and Si mo are amazing in their own ways. Si fu never gives up on you. I was the shall I say 'less talented' of my brothers and he was always encouraging me even when I felt discouraged. You know he truly cares about you and your well-being. I learnt more than just Taekwondo from him. But I mean also he's crazy good at Taekwondo. Si mo always greets you with a warm smile and there's always some really fun convo. My mom loves her especially because she's patient and just genuinely cares about us, like actually about how my brothers or my mom is feeling.

I went to wus many years ago (bcs its reputable and well known in vancouver) for at least 6 years with a bunch of my friends and we had so much fun. Grandmaster Wu is really skilled and teaches really well and the other instructors were so great too. training was always intense but fun and we got to compete and also perform alot. i remember an instructor called ivy that was strict but really helpful and caring too! especially since i came with a bunch of girls it was great knowing that there was no shortage of female instructors and students so we felt very comfortable and safe. all in all i would definitely recommend to anyone looking to learn tkd!
