I have had multiple dealings with the sales and service departments this summer. I bought and sold a boat with WSL and they were extremely accommodating, giving me the opportunity to test drive the potential new boat while they fixed another. Bud, Cindy, Cam, Coel, Leanne and the whole sales team are knowledgeable and helpful. Robert and Rhys in the service department get me up and running as soon as they can. I regret, however giving this glowing testimonial in case everyone gets on board and next summer I have to wait!
I can't say enough about the professional staff and service at this dealership. The showroom is modern and clean. The service professionals went over and above to get my sled back in the trails. I took my boat into WSL Kenora for engine servicing and a new prop install. The week prior I had my skeg repaired elsewhere. It was not painted after the repair. I also was missing a hook on my trailer emergency brake cable. When I picked up my boat I noticed a new hook on the cable and they had taken the time to paint my skeg. This shows me they are paying attention to detail. And there was no cost for this. Thank you. That’s why I have my boat serviced here.
