Very impressed with the service I received from Nick & Kathleen! I went in a couple times to pick up packing peanuts for some boxes I needed to ship out, and every single interaction with them - phone, email, store visit - the customer service was outstanding. You can tell they really care about not only the service they provide, but that your packages reach their destination in the best possible condition. When I went in to ship out the boxes to Montreal, some items were very fragile and expensive, and Nick really went above and beyond to make sure they were packed correctly. They also ended up reaching the destination, not only in perfect condition, but a day early! Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience at Woodstock's UPS store today. The woman behind the phone and very helpful and Nick was especially kind, professional and went beyond my expectations with great customer service to help me. I'll be coming back here to wrap all of my artwork in the future.
Excellent location. Staff is very knowledgeable & helpful here. I've used this location several times without any issues. Parking lot isn't huge but I've never had a problem parking. There is parking across the street as well.
Always do my amazon returns here. Used to do Canada Post but it's more convenient and Kathleen is always super friendly.
