I cannot say enough good things about Victoria. From when our overly exuberant doodle came to Victoria as a little puppy she's taken the time to make every groom an enjoyable experience. Now our big boy cannot wait to go for 'playtime' with his girl! Amazing service is given every single time; she always makes sure our rambunctious pup is groomed to our exact requests. Victoria is a perfectionist when it comes to grooming, her expertise is evident with every cut. Victoria is a joy and pleasure to encounter. The love and adoration she shows our dog is beyond words; I would NEVER go anywhere else!

We have been taking our Golden Retriever Max to Tangled Tails for approximately two years now. We have found Victoria to be very personable and highly skilled. The shop is clean, professional and cheerfully decorated. Max is always exited to be going into Tangled Tails and always looks and smells great when he is done.
